Our main goal is to help others. Please keep the following points in mind.
Be sure you have permission to stay after school. Come prepared with the necessary supplies, especially on lunch-making days. Be sure someone can pick you up promptly. Act with decourum so that we may accomplish our goals. Feel a sense of accomplishment in helping others. |

The first meeting of the Social Action Club for the 2011-2012 School Year. Permission slips will be coming soon. The club will meet once a month (3:00 PM to 4:00 PM). We are looking forward to a wonderful year of reaching out to others. November 2, 2011 The final day for the Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital donation. The supplies will be delivered on November 3. Thanks so much for all the generous contributions! November 9, 2011 Once again, the Social Action Committee of Saint John School will participate in the “Everything But the Turkey” Food Drive under the auspices of the Long Green Valley Council of the Knights of Columbus. Each grade will be responsible for collecting a particular food item for the Thanksgiving dinners of needy families. |
